#15 Library 2.0

I have to admit, Web 2.0 and Library 2.0 are concepts too vague for me to comprehend., no matter how much I read about it, it's not concrete enough for me. I guess they are ways to make librarianship more effective on the Internet, and to reach more patrons more efficiently, as more and more people are using computers. Back in the 70's, the idea of libraries actually using a computer to catalog was extremely novel. Now, using Web 2.0/Library 2.0 is just a matter of course. Libraries have to keep up with the rapid pace of the computer world, or we'll be out of the modern day loop.
